健保價格攀升 中產階級無力維持

在健保保費持續上漲的同時，凱瑟家庭基金指出，今年購買歐記健保的1500萬人中，近700萬人無法獲得抵稅補助；此外，民福基金會(Commonwealth Fund)指出，因收入超過歐記健保補助資格而未購買健保的成人，比率由2016年的2%上升為今年的5%，保險經紀人和健保研究員預期，明年此比率將再度攀升。
