California Attorney General

Handles complaints about deceptive or fraudulent business practices. Contact the AG when your complaint doesn't fall within any specific agency's jurisdiction. The AG's office represents the collective legal interests of the people of California and is the state's chief law enforcement office. You can now file complaints electronically with the AG's Public Inquiry Unit. Just fill out the online form. However, responses to complaints are currently sent only through U.S. Mail.
